SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
• We ship to all 72 municipalities in Puerto Rico, the 48 contiguous states in the United States, and the U.S Virgin Islands.
Are all items available for shipping?
• No - Some items are only available for store pickup. This also applies to Puerto Rico residents.
• The items not available for shipping will say "Available In-store Only" on the item's description.
• In our physical store we have more sizes, quantities, and products that are not listed on our website.
** If you live in Puerto Rico and are interested in buying any of the items listed as In-store only, please contact us (click here).
* What method of shipping do you use?
• We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
* How long will it take for me to receive my order?
• Orders placed from Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next day unless its placed on a holiday, then it will be shipped on the next working day.
• Orders placed on Friday will be shipped next Monday unless the fall on a holiday, then it will be shipped on the next working day.
• Once the order is placed and shipped, duration of that shipping will depend on the final destination. USPS shipping usually takes from 4-6 days.

DELIVERY
Do you offer a delivery service?
• We currently do not offer a delivery service.
• We can recommend Islandwide Services for local deliveries - get in touch with us for further information on the logistics.
STORE PICKUP
I live in Puerto Rico - Can I pick-up my order locally?
• Yes! We're glad to offer the option of picking up your order locally. At check out, choose 'PickUp' as the preferred delivery method - shipping costs will be removed. What will follow is a confirmation email notifying that the order was received. Once it's processed and ready, we'll contact you and schedule a pick up date (1-3 days).
How does store pickup work?
• Once you place your order, at checkout select 'PickUp' as the preferred delivery method to remove shipping costs.
• After the order is received the order will be ready with 2 - 4 days - depending when the order was placed.
• Store pick up days are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
When can I pickup my order?
• When your order is ready we will notify you via a phone call and email.
• Once informed, pick up will be available withing our working hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).
• Orders that have not been picked up within two week will be subjected to be charged a warehouse restock fee of 30% of the order amount.
Can I coordinate to have my order picked up by a private carrier?
• Yes - Please notify us beforehand, and have ready the following information:
- Order number + receipt of purchase.
- Name of the carrier who will be picking up the order.
- Date and time when the order will be picked up - must be within our working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

Is the payment process secure?
• Yes - We take your information, privacy and security very seriously.
What methods of payment do you accept?
• ONLINE: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
• IN-STORE: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Apple Pay.
