Shipping Policy
Shipping is only available for Puerto Rico, the 50 United States, and the U.S Virgin Islands.
We ship from Monday through Friday, and order processing usually takes place within 24 to 48 hours once payment has cleared.
Tracking information for orders are emailed when the shipment is processed and ready to go on the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next following Monday.
Please note: These notices may be blocked or filtered to the spam folder based on your account settings, so please be aware.

Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales of Fertilizers, Nutrients, Growing Media, Air Pumps, Water Pumps, Meters, and final sale items are non returnable, non refundable and non exchangeable.
Items eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that refunds will exclude shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
We will only refund or replace online orders for the full amount including shipping if the package is lost prior to arriving at its final destination.
If the order received is incorrect on our behalf, we will provide you with a return shipping label and replace the order upon delivery of the returned package. Do not send any orders back without first obtaining a return shipping label from us. Packages sent back without a return shipping label will not be refunded nor replaced, this includes the shipping costs associated with its unauthorized return.
We are not responsible for any delivery issues if an incorrect address is entered during checkout, nor if the package is stolen upon arrival at final destination by a third party.
Warranties
Please note that we do not handle warranty claims directly. All warranty-related issues must be addressed with the manufacturer. You will need to contact them directly and provide your order receipt as proof of purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled any time before shipment. Once the order has physically shipped. It will be considered as fulfilled and will be subject to restocking fees.
To request a cancellation of an order before shipment, please contact Customer Service via email as soon as possible. The order is not considered canceled until you have been notified verbally or via email that we were successful in stopping the shipment from leaving the warehouse.
